2017 Product Sale Information:

The 2017 Fall Product Sale is October 9-20, 2017. We are participating in the Yankee Candle Fundraising Program.

School Prizes – Ms. Coleman and the IHE Teachers are supporting the fundraiser with some additional prizes!

  • The first turn in date is FRIDAY, October 13. Anyone who turns in an order through the catalog or online will earn an extra recess!!
  • The second (and last) turn in date is FRIDAY, October 20. Anyone who turns in an order through the catalog or online will earn an extra recess!!
  • Your child can earn up to 2 extra recesses!!

Catalog Sales are from October 9-20, 2017. Each student received a packet on 10/6/17 including the catalog, prizes, and an order form. Here is some important information about Catalog Sales:

  • please add 8.5% sales tax to the orders you take directly from the catalog

EXAMPLE: order total is $15.00. You will add $1.28 for tax and the total you collect will be $16.28. (15 x .085 = 1.275)

  • checks should be made payable to IHE PTA
  • If your child needs a replacement catalog or extra order forms, have them tell their teacher and we will send them home.

Yankee Candle does have an online portal, and you can sign up to be a seller now! Go to https://www.yankeecandlefundraising.com/home.htm, and you can “Create Seller login.” The Indian Hills PTA Group Sale number is 999973181. The web link is available right now for Indian Hills PTA and will remain open for the entire Fall 2017 Season (until January). 

Indian Hills Elementary will receive 40% of online and catalog sales to support our school! Want to know where that money goes? Check out our approved Indian Hills PTA budget for more information.

We celebrated our Kickoff on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 1:30 PM. Groups came in K/1, 2/3, and 4/5, and bounced into fundraising!
